Preorder / Item Availability

Our products will almost always launch as a "preorder" to begin with. Here is how "Preorders" work:

Initial Product Launch: after a product is released it will be available for pre-purchase for a certain period of time.

Production Process: after preorders are accounted for, we will begin production. We expect the production process to last up to 1-2 weeks.

Fulfillment Process: after production is completed we will start shipping out orders.

Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 2-3 weeks after preordering is closed for processing, production and shipping due to the reasons stated above. After all preorders are accounted for we will have items available for in-stock purchases while supplies last.



Fulfillment/Shipping

Domestic Shipping: we are based in the United States (US) and glad to inform you that we currently offer free shipping domestically.

International Shipping: unfortunately, we currently do not ship Internationally. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support.



Return Policy

Return Policy: all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but in unfortunate events refer to "Unfortunate Events".



Unfortunate Events

Damaged Product(s) / Incorrect Fitment(s): if you receive a damaged product(s) or incorrect fitment(s) that do not correspond with your order, ( with photo evidence ) please let us know immediately and we will be more than happy to replace it for you.

Incorrect Address: we strongly recommend that all customers double check their address is correct upon checkout. In the event you happen to mistakenly enter your address please contact us immediately at [email protected] (cs:customer support). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items whether it is due to misinformation or up to neighborhood crime.



Payment Methods

At this time, we currently only accept Paypal as payment.



Responses

Your business and feedback are important to us, so please allow us 24-72 hours to respond to your emails. Responses may be delayed due to holidays or other important events, but we will respond to you as soon as we can. An unconventional alternative option is to Direct Message (DM) us on instagram and we'll try to respond back accordingly.
